Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments. Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Use various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively while adhering to manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting or moving furniture. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized for optimal performance. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures. Strong understanding of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation. Ability to perform outdoor work efficiently in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks promptly without compromising quality. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and environmentally friendly products. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
