Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor spaces through regular janitorial practices. Manage manual handling tasks like heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with guests regarding their needs or concerns to enhance customer service experience. Use cleaning equipment properly for tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and janitorial supplies is a plus.
