Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our hotel rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks that contribute to a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for residents, guests, or clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Follow sanitation procedures rigorously to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience with hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is a plus. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Familiarity with laundry operations and outdoor maintenance work enhances your suitability for this role. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Customer service experience that enables you to communicate clearly and professionally with residents or clients.
