Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures. Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional items or services. Follow established guidelines for sanitization and infection control in hospitality settings. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
