In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and convenience Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain overall property cleanliness Uphold confidentiality regarding guest privacy and property security at all times Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts lasting several hours Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments that delight our guests.
