Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface maintenance. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances when necessary. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance. Follow established protocols for outdoor work when required, including patio or garden area cleaning. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial practices. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed dusting, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation efficiently. Experience with cleaning surfaces using various detergents and disinfectants while following safety guidelines. Proven skills in time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Knowledge of housekeeping management principles and client communication techniques to ensure high satisfaction levels.
