We own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club. Position Overview The Lead Housekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of The Huntington Club. This position combines hands-on housekeeping responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Oversight:

Supervise and support the housekeeping team in daily operations Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members Lead by example through active participation in daily cleaning tasks Ensure proper staffing levels for daily operations and Club events Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding operations and improvements

Housekeeping Operations:

Maintain cleanliness of all Club areas including locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, offices, and public spaces Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies Manage trash removal and sanitation processes Assist with deep cleaning and floor care as needed

Quality Control & Member Experience:

Conduct routine inspections to ensure standards are met Ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience Address member concerns promptly and professionally Maintain consistent cleanliness standards across all shifts

Inventory & Equipment:

Monitor and maintain housekeeping supply levels Assist with ordering and organizing cleaning materials Ensure proper care and use of equipment Report maintenance or repair needs

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety and sanitation standards Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals Maintain a safe environment for members, guests, and staff

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience required; leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high standards Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
