Housekeeper (1099 contractor)

Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for those who excel in maintaining cleanliness and organization in various settings, including both commercial properties and residential homes.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Make beds and change linens (if requested)
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties

Skills:

• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for different surfaces and materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus
• Basic custodial skills, such as trash removal and restroom cleaning
• Understanding of housekeeping procedures is a plus
