In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of residential/commercial properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will ensure our clients enjoy a comfortable, spotless environment. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care techniques Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper safety protocols Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with a focus on sanitation and surface cleaning Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies including carpet cleaners and floor care products Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and implement sanitation procedures consistently Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical stamina for outdoor work experiences such as yard or exterior cleaning when required Effective client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as tile, hardwood, carpet, and upholstery using appropriate methods Join us if you're passionate about creating pristine living environments!
