Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain all assigned areas to established cleanliness standards within designated timeframes Ensure rooms and common areas are tidy, sanitary, and well-organized Create and manage daily task lists; accurately document completed work Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with guests Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure proper functionality Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly Respond to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as needed Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work Good time management and organizational skills Positive attitude with a customer service mindset Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic communication skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred
