Public Area Attendant The Hollywood Grande at Ten Five Hospitality Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $28.50 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Cleaning and sanitation procedure implementation Hotel policy compliance Floor cleaning chemicals Hotel room supply stocking Safety regulations Fixture cleaning Greeting customers Moving Hotel and accommodations guest special request handling Compliance with security regulations Cleaning (upholstery maintenance) Task prioritization Decision making Stocking Cleaning messes in dining areas Hotel room trash removal Hotel safety procedures Entry level Hotel housekeeping Full Job Description Public Area Attendant Multiple Property Role (The Hollywood Grande and Hollywood VOLUME hotels) The Public Area/House Attendant cleans and maintains hotel public areas and assists with housekeeping duties as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in rooms, hallways, and other public areas Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, services procedures, and standards Clean and maintain hotel public areas (lobby, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pool, restaurant, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards Clean and maintain floors, rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture to meet established cleanliness and quality standards Respond to guest requests for additional supplies and amenities Assist housekeeping staff as needed with linens, mattresses, emptying laundry carts, and cleaning rooms Collect used linens and trash from housekeeping carts as necessary Stock and maintain supply rooms and housekeeping carts Ensure furniture, fixtures, and equipment are clean and in working order to meet standards and submit maintenance work order requests as necessary Use approved chemicals and cleaning products in accordance with policies Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and moving furniture Report lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures Perform work duties in accordance with Company safety and security policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations, such as OSHA regulations Represent Company mission and values on a daily basisRequired Skills:
