+ Family Assistant / Houseman to work closely with an active man in his mid-40s and within a busy family household with three young children, ages 4, 8 and 10. The Role

• Provide structure, motivation, accountability and companionship throughout the day
• Help create momentum around schedules, activities, exercise, appointments and projects
• Provide practical executive-function support with planning, organization and daily logistics
• Join in sports, workouts, outings, errands and activities
• Cook healthy meals, drive, run errands and assist with household projects
• Be a positive, engaging presence in the home and naturally connect with the kids
• Join in driving to the kids' games, activities and family outings
• Be proactive, intuitive and able to lead with limited direction Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a similar one-on-one support role required
• Background in behavioral health, executive-function support, recovery support, caregiving or related work strongly preferred
• Private service or hospitality experience is a plus
• Active, physically fit and enjoys sports
• Naturally comfortable and engaging with children
• Warm, motivating, grounded and socially intuitive
• Highly organized, discreet and dependable
• Comfortable working in a busy private home
• Clean driving record
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Lives within approximately 30 minutes of Marina del Rey
• Excellent references and background check required Guaranteed minimum 25 hours/week with potential to grow to full-time.

Competitive salary based on experience.

$27.05 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
