In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring every home feels comfortable, hygienic, and inviting. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help clients enjoy a pristine living space, while your friendly customer service skills foster positive relationships. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and other designated spaces Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry services to meet client standards Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas Manage janitorial duties including waste removal and restroom sanitation to ensure a hygienic environment Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about their cleaning preferences and needs Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventorying supplies and reporting maintenance issues Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; certification in carpet cleaning or floor care is advantageous Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is beneficial but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
