- Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Perform floor care duties, including stripping and waxing floors.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Work effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely cleaning services.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing a high level of service to guests.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software.
- Experience with laundry, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
