In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our hotel facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors regularly Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel experience is a plus Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Knowledge of custodial procedures and housekeeping management practices is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and hospitality!
