Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of household activities, managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining an inviting and well-kept environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating a warm, welcoming home. Responsibilities Manage household staff including housekeepers, chefs, childcare providers, and personal assistants to ensure high standards of service and efficiency Oversee daily household operations such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and maintenance to maintain a pristine living environment Coordinate event planning for family gatherings, parties, or special occasions from logistics to execution Supervise childcare activities, ensuring safety, engagement, and developmental support for children in the household Maintain organized schedules for household chores, appointments, and staff shifts using effective time management techniques Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, vendor communication, and property management duties Ensure all household needs are met promptly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the family's preferences Skills Proven experience in house management or hospitality roles with strong supervisory capabilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across various responsibilities Expertise in event planning and coordinating special occasions or gatherings Childcare experience combined with knowledge of child safety protocols Skilled in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, laundry, and cooking to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate household needs proactively Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently Background in hotel or property management is a plus for overseeing maintenance and vendor relations Administrative experience including scheduling, inventory control, and vendor communication is highly valued Join us as a House Manager to lead with energy and precision in creating an exceptional living environment.
