Household Assistant

We are a busy family looking for a reliable, organized, and dependable part-time afternoon house manager/household assistant to help keep our home and family routine running smoothly. Our children are teenagers, so this role is not focused on hands-on childcare. The main responsibilities are transportation, household cleaning/upkeep, meal preparation, laundry, organization, and helping manage the afternoon/evening routine .

Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

School pick-up and driving teenagers to after-school activities Preparing dinner or helping with meal prep Keeping the house clean and organized Tidying common areas Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean Laundry, folding, and putting clothes away General household organization Helping maintain schedules and routines Running occasional errands as needed We have dogs and a cat, so applicants must be comfortable around animals. Requirements Part-time afternoon availability Reliable transportation Clean driving record Dependable and punctual Comfortable cleaning and maintaining a household Able to prepare simple meals/dinner Organized, proactive, and able to work independently Comfortable around pets Good communication skills Prior experience as a house manager, family assistant, housekeeper, nanny, or household helper is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal person is trustworthy, consistent, detail-oriented, and takes pride in helping a home run smoothly. We are looking for someone who can see what needs to be done, keep the house clean, help with dinner, and support our family's busy schedule.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
