The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
