Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating clean, welcoming, and comfortable environments for our residents and guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or hospitality settings, ensuring every space is spotless, sanitized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and supplies Conduct detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring all areas meet health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests and addressing any concerns professionally Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of daily tasks while maintaining flexibility for special requests or emergencies Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry procedures and stain removal techniques preferred Familiarity with carpet cleaning tools and methods is a plus Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness that elevates comfort and satisfaction!
