Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in hotel housekeeping & laundry service. This position offers advancement into management quickly with the right candidate.Duties:
- Ensure hotel rooms and common areas are cleaned following established standards
- Consistently helping the team work on guest statifactions scores
- Hotel Inventory
- Inspection of rooms
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean restrooms
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained and organized
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping, at least 1 year of experience
- Computer Knowledge
- Team Leading Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting
