Job Description We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Temporary Household Assistant / Housekeeper to assist with daily household responsibilities during November and December 2026. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized home, preparing meals, handling laundry, and caring for household cats. Key Responsibilities 1. Housekeeping and Cleaning Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Dust furniture and clean household surfaces. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Maintain general household cleanliness and organization. 2. Laundry Wash, dry, fold, and put away clothes. Wash towels, bedding, and other household linens. Change bed sheets as needed. Follow appropriate fabric care instructions. 3. Cooking and Meal Preparation Prepare and cook meals according to household preferences. Assist with basic meal preparation and kitchen organization. Clean cooking utensils and equipment after use. Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene. 4. Cat Care Feed cats and provide fresh drinking water. Clean litter boxes and surrounding areas. Maintain clean feeding stations. Monitor cats for unusual behavior or potential health concerns. Provide basic attention and care as needed. Additional Responsibilities Organize household supplies and personal items. Communicate when cleaning products or household essentials need replenishment. Assist with other reasonable household-related duties as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Previous housekeeping or household assistance experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic cooking abilities.
