Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Household Help to assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. This role involves performing a variety of housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, cooking, and outdoor maintenance, to ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the household residents. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all residential surfaces, including dusting, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic living space. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Prepare nutritious meals according to household preferences and dietary requirements. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies and outdoor work such as gardening or yard upkeep. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively. Maintain organization of household supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are properly stored and maintained. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices. Strong skills in cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Customer service orientation with good communication skills for interacting with household members. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper cleaning procedures. Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is preferred but not required.
