Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across various residential spaces Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards and ensure safety compliance Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and using appropriate cleaning equipment Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio or garden tidying as needed Use cleaning detergents and supplies effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service Organize housekeeping tasks efficiently through effective time management to meet deadlines and client expectations Operate janitorial equipment safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks in residential settings Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work with safety awareness Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper use of janitorial supplies Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Demonstrated reliability with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed Join us in creating pristine living environments where comfort meets excellence!
