Key Responsibilities Residential and move-in/move-out cleaning Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and detailed surfaces Following SD Sparkle's cleaning standards and checklists Working independently or collaboratively with a small team Qualifications Reliable and punctual (essential) Strong attention to detail Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and structured checklists Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the United States Why Join SD Sparkle?
