Job Title:

Room Attendant (1 Year Hospitality Room Attendant Experience Required)

•-- Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. This role requires previous experience in hotel housekeeping, along with strong customer service skills and familiarity with chemical handling protocols. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests through efficient and thorough room cleaning and maintenance.

•-- Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure cleanliness and comfort. Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness of public areas as assigned. Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to safety guidelines and proper handling procedures. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department. Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and sanitation standards.

•-- Requirements Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality room attendant or hotel housekeeping roles. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Knowledge of chemical handling procedures related to cleaning products. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Pay:

$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
