Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and disinfect guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational areas. Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor treatments to preserve quality and appearance. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety. Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial and industrial cleaning supplies. Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards of cleanliness within the hospitality industry. Excellent custodial skills with an eye for detail to deliver consistently high-quality results. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners efficiently. Experience managing housekeeping tasks in busy hotel settings or similar environments is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Pay:
