Full Job Description Job Summary:
Join our team as a Houseperson, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. As a key member of our housekeeping team, your responsibilities will extend beyond routine tasks, encompassing a variety of duties that enhance the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting with room preparation, and ensuring that all common areas are neat and well-stocked.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Must exhibit a pleasing personality to ensure the highest level of guest service. Assist Housekeeping and Front Desk, as needed. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring and working/public areas at all times. Follow written and verbal orders/requests. Time management and efficiency in tasks. Restock housekeeping supplies. Remove trash from garbage bins and sanitize garbage bins. Deliver items to guest rooms, as requested. Help all departments, as needed. Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures. Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Ensure that linen closets are stocked with all guest room supplies and collateral. Responsible for removing trash and soiled linens from Room Attendants carts throughout the day. Responsible care of equipment and machines Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Detail-oriented and thorough. Prioritization and time management skills. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Ability to follow instructions. Professional and polite. Ability to lift at least 35lbs. Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests. Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards Additional Details This position may require working weekends, holidays, Evenings and/or variable shifts based on business needs.
