Laundré | Serving Santa Cruz County and Los Gatos $30-$34/hour • Independent Contractor to start • Part-time (20-30 hrs/week, growing toward full-time) Laundré is a household concierge startup, a laundry, cleaning, and organization for busy families who want a calmer home. We're hiring our first Household Specialist to work directly with the founder, help set our service standards from the ground up, and grow into a leadership role as we expand. This role supports clients across both Santa Cruz and Los Gatos, we'll build your schedule around the area that works best for you. Pay & schedule $30-$34/hour, based on experience Trial/contracted 5-10 hours per week to start, with room to grow into a set part-time or full-time position Independent contractor (1099) at launch — pay is set higher to reflect that; the role transitions to full-time employee status with benefits as the team grows

Responsibilities Laundry:

washing, folding, steaming, garment care Putting clothing away with consistency and attention to detail Home resets, organization, and bed making Kitchen tidying and surface cleaning Floor maintenance Tracking household supply inventory/documenting all procedures completed Giving feedback that helps us improve our systems and client experience You'll thrive here if you...
