Position Summary As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every room and public area is clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests. Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork are key to success in this role. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities. Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces. Complete guest rooms efficiently while maintaining Holiday Inn quality standards. Team members should be able to clean a standard guest room in approximately 30 minutes or less while ensuring every room meets inspection standards. Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly. Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas as needed. Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed. Assist fellow team members to ensure daily room assignments are completed. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet productivity expectations. Ability to clean a standard guest room in 30 minutes or less while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
