Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to uphold high standards of presentation Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to deliver consistent quality service in all assigned areas Assist with additional janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall hotel operations Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Familiarity with hospitality standards and janitorial best practices to deliver exceptional service Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a hospitality setting.
