Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of locker rooms, restrooms, fitness areas, club facilities, offices, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing towels and linens to maintain availability and presentation standards Maintain floors through sweeping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold appearance and safety standards Follow sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and healthy environment for members, guests, and staff Restock supplies throughout the clubhouse, including toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and amenities Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and special cleaning needs Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly Support cleanliness standards during club events, tournaments, and daily operations Qualifications Prior housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred; hospitality, club, or resort experience is highly valued Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and sanitation practices Experience with laundry operations and commercial cleaning equipment preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and creating an outstanding experience for our members and guests every day.
