We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings. Department:

Housekeeping Reports to: General Manager, Housekeeping Manager Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards and SOP. Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure guest rooms are prepared for arrivals. Remove trash, used linens, and other items from guest rooms and dispose of them properly or deliver dirty linen to the Laundry Department. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager/Front Desk team. Ensure the security of guest belongings and adhere to hotel policy regarding lost and found items. Follow facility safety and security guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning equipment. Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas in an organized and clean manner. Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service. Assist in deep cleaning procedures and special housekeeping projects as needed. Work efficiently to meet daily room time quotas and cleanliness standards. Adhere to uniform standards set by the hotel. Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Physical Requirements for this Position This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel Requirements This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
