Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and energetic full-time Houseperson/Maintenance team member to support our hotel operations. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of our property, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and maintenance tasks, maintaining facilities, and assisting with repairs to uphold our high standards. Duties As a Houseperson you will be responsible for the following: Responsible for removing laundry from rooms and chutes. Restock linen and housekeeping products on all laundry closets on each floor as necessary. Assist housekeepers by stripping beds and remvoing trash as needed. Clean and maintain common areas, i.e., elevators, guest laundry, stock and store- rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, stairs, pool and exercise areas, vending area, break-room, etc. Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Make deliveries to guest rooms as needed. Take initiative to offer assistance to our guests. Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Thoroughly understand and implement the Marriott Brand service culture.
