Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to maintain high hygiene standards. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and supplies; report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients. Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic proficiency in handling laundry processes and managing household chores efficiently. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning products; certification in housekeeper management or related fields is a plus. Reliable transportation to travel between client locations as needed.
