We pride ourselves on providing a unique and personalized guest experience in a charming, intimate setting. Our dedicated team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Our housekeeping team should strive to find ways to individualize guest experience based on guest preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Rooms:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to Hotel Wren's standards, including but not limited to making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, spot cleaning surfaces, and addressing occasional deep-clean or detail-oriented needs as they arise.
Common Areas:
Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, including lobby, walkways, restrooms, outdoor spaces, and pool area, which may involve cleaning outdoor furniture, removing debris, and ensuring all areas remain guest-ready.
Linen Management:
Manage linen and laundry, ensuring that all towels, sheets, and other linens are clean, fresh, well-stocked, and handled with care; may include sorting, staining treatment, and organization.
Inventory:
Keep track of cleaning supplies, tools, and amenities and notify the supervisor when stock is low or needs replenishment.
Guest Requests:
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional items or services, assisting with a variety of needs to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Safety and Maintenance:
Follow safety and health regulations at all times and report any maintenance issues, damage, pest activity (including insects or spiders), or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with other housekeeping staff, maintenance, and front desk to ensure a seamless guest experience and support daily operational needs.
Property Maintenance:
Communicate regularly with Front Desk team about property maintenance, cleanliness observations, and upkeep needs, helping to prioritize repairs or attention before issues become noticeable to guests.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Candidates must be 18 years +

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Time Management:
    Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Communication:
    Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
  • Customer Service:
    A focus on providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests' needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely with proper safety protection/equipment provided by the hotel.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Previous laundry experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
