Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques to different surfaces. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and window washing as scheduled or needed. Restock supplies including toiletries, towels, and other essentials to ensure guest comfort. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and upholstery. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care machinery is a plus. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
