Job Summary:
As a Housekeeping team member at, you play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing a welcoming environment for our guests are essential.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, following established procedures and standards.
- Ensure all assigned areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-presented, paying attention to every detail.
- Restock and replenish guest room amenities, towels, and linens.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor for immediate attention.
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests and address issues promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines for a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping tasks and inventory.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on housekeeping procedures and hotel policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
