Job Description
Housekeeper Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. The Housekeeper plays a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, refreshing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining public areas of the hotel. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a positive guest experience, works efficiently to meet daily room quotas, and maintains the high standards of cleanliness our hotel is known for. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities. Sanitize and detail bathrooms, showers, sinks, and fixtures. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public areas. Report maintenance issues or missing items promptly. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to support guest check-in schedules. Deliver exceptional service by responding to guest requests quickly and courteously.
