Job Summary Private Ranch Housekeeper - Full Time/Annual in Cora, WY We continue to grow and develop and need additional support in the housekeeping team. The Upper Green River Valley of Sublette County, Wyoming, near Cora and Pinedale , Wyoming might already be your home, or it's just calling your name as a place you would love to live. Bar Cross Ranch - a family-owned, historical working ranch is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, full-time housekeeper to join the team. This is a team-driven, hands-on role for someone who is dependable, positive, and willing to do whatever it takes to support the ranch, the home, and the guests. This person will work as part of a team with responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized house, guest houses and common areas/facilities with duties to include; cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping/sweeping floors, windows, bathroom tubs/showers/toilets/counters, kitchen areas, dishes and counters, laundry/ironing management and outside patio area, and other general tasks. The opportunity also provides a chance to support special hospitality activities and events as needed. The Housekeeper position requires a team member who has an eye for detail. Their attitude will show consideration for others, professionalism, high levels of customer service, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. No allergies to pets (dog). They must possess a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be able to be counted on to meet daily job attendance. This means living within 45 minutes of Bar Cross Ranch to maintain a positive/reliable commute as required. This is a full-time position of forty hours a week (typically 8 - 5 Monday-Friday), sometimes special event activities might provide additional hours and a chance to support the team. The position is for annual employment, eligible for full benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, profit-sharing retirement plan, and paid time off. This is more than a housekeeping role that happens to be at a ranch - it is about being part of a team. The team keeps everything running well. Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, errands, hospitality / event support, and other duties as needed. It is a drug-free, equal-opportunity employment company. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including past employment references, drug test, and criminal background check. One to two years of experience in a similar field. Must hold a valid driver's license and possess the ability to drive an ATV. Required to carry bulky loads and large items as part of cleaning and service.
