Housekeepers play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. Pay rate will be based on experience. Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily in accordance with Westin and Marriott brand standards. Make beds, replace linens, replenish guest amenities, and ensure all items are properly arranged. Clean bathrooms, sanitize fixtures, and restock towels and toiletries. Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain overall room cleanliness. Report maintenance issues or damage promptly to the supervisor. Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items. Adhere to safety, security, and sanitation policies at all times. Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment in a clean and organized condition. Assist with cleaning public spaces, hallways, and back-of-house areas as assigned. Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience a plus. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Dependable and flexible with scheduling; must be able to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?
