Impeccable attention to detail is very important for this role. The ideal candidate would be someone who identifies as a self-starter and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal, etc. Keeping household guest-ready at all times Laundry and ironing clothes and linens. Organization of closets Must focus on the smallest details possible, great attention to detail is a must Running errands and responding to any special requests as needed Provide a positive, safe and nurturing environment Liaise and communicate regularly with other family members; assist with outgoing / incoming correspondence Assist with grocery shopping and supply procurement, running special errands, etc. Cooking as requested This is a full-time Live-out position. Salary is generous but DOE. The female principal is in Colorado Springs and would like a local-live-out candidate.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
