As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values.

Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds. Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards. Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter. Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. No prior experience required; training provided. Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
