Must be available to work weekends and some holidays as the hotel is a 24/7/365 business. Hotel Housekeeping shifts typically start around 9:00 am and shift end times will vary based on business levels/rooms sold. The Hotel Room Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest suites upon check-out Perform refresh cleaning service for stay-over guest according to standards Assist as needed in other areas of the Hotel Housekeeping/Room Attendant department or with special projects. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Seeking hard working individuals who are willing to learn and who have a passion for guest satisfaction. Full-Time hours are available. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, Change bed linen and make beds Replace used towels Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets Dust furniture, AC filters Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo) Clean public areas, vacuum corridors Report any technical issues and maintenance needs Address guests' queries (e.g. on additional services) Help guests retrieve lost items Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift Follow hotel security guidelines Requirements, Qualifications and Desired Traits Knowledge of Enlish language Prior Housekeeping experience Ability to take ownership of work accomplished
