Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure spotless surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly. Manage outdoor work responsibilities like trash removal, yard cleaning, and outdoor surface maintenance when required. Use manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleaning or rearrangements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Oversee housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance checks. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure safety standards are met. Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving yard or exterior space upkeep. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
