Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance across all hotel areas. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas to promote a welcoming atmosphere. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning supplies responsibly. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods. Skilled in floor care techniques such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
