Job Description

About Juniper Juniper Lodge & Treehouses is a boutique mountain hotel and gathering space in Evergreen, Colorado — a place where modern design meets the quiet beauty of the forest. Every detail of the property is built around connecton: to nature, to each other, and to a sense of calm. As we expand with the addition of our new luxury treehouses, we're looking for someone who takes pride in caring for both people and place — someone who understands that great hospitality begins with attention, intention, and a well-cared-for space. About the Role The Housekeeper/Property Care Attendant helps maintain the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation that define Juniper. This role goes beyond traditional housekeeping — it includes working across guest rooms, common areas, and the surrounding outdoor spaces to ensure everything feels intentional and inviting. You'll play an important part in creating the atmosphere our guests return for — one of calm, care, and quiet luxury. What You'll Do Clean and reset guest rooms, treehouses, and common areas to Juniper's quality standards. Keep staff areas and storage spaces organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations. Assist guests occasionally with luggage or light support when needed (with professionalism and discretion). Identify maintenance or inventory needs and communicate them promptly. Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a seamless guest environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping (preferably boutique or luxury). Strong attention to detail and a genuine sense of pride in your work. Comfort working outdoors in all weather — from summer sun to winter snow. Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry moderate weight safely. Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. A calm, grounded attitude that aligns with Juniper's warm, intentional approach to hospitality.
