Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your efforts directly contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at every turn. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to meet high cleanliness standards Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and recreational spaces Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and safe Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are consistently met Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Adhere to all hotel policies related to cleanliness, health regulations, and customer service protocols Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale cleaning operations Excellent custodial skills with an eye for detail to ensure every space is immaculate Ability to manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
