The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or hospitality settings. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. MUST be able to work weekends and MUST be able to work in the US. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the property. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and personal items. Ensure that all rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including carpet cleaning or floor care. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients or guests. Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care methods. Ability to cook simple meals may be beneficial for certain positions. Attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
