Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain high cleanliness standards. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the upkeep of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet daily cleaning goals and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Experience Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is desirable. A background in hospitality or custodial services will be beneficial for this role. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining quality standards.
