Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff. This position is 5-6 days a week, roughly 2-3 hours a day (may be more depending on Club events going on). Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, locker rooms, room suites, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, laundry and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment. Dispose of waste. Restock cleaning supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues to management. Watering plants in the common areas. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong organization skills, and attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing attention. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate weights. Knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively. Customer service oriented and social awareness regarding surroundings.
