OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Palisade Basecamp RV Resort. The Housekeeper helps maintain the resort to the highest standards possible by ensuring cabins, shower house, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas are clean, welcoming, and guest-ready. An ideal candidate will take pride in creating a positive guest experience through cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and prepare cabins for arriving guests, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and maintain resort shower house, laundry facilities, office areas, and other common spaces throughout the property Restock cabins and housekeeping supplies as needed, including toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Inspect cabins and facilities for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and damages, reporting issues promptly Ensure all guest accommodations meet Palisade Basecamp cleanliness and presentation standards Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supply inventory in an organized manner Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when encountered on property Assist with general resort cleanliness and appearance as needed Support other departments during busy periods when necessary

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Previous hospitality and housekeeping experience preferred Passion for hospitality and great customer service Ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to detail Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work weekends Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Valid Driver's license
